Thanks for visiting owensborokydumpster.com. These terms explain the ground rules for using our website and for contacting us about a dumpster rental. By using the site, you agree to them. If something here does not sit right with you, please give us a call before going further, and we will sort it out.

Using this website

You are welcome to browse the site, read our guides, and contact us about a rental. Please do not misuse it. That means no attempts to break or overload the site, no scraping it in bulk, and no sending us false or harmful information.

Quotes and availability

Reaching out for a quote is just a conversation. It does not reserve a dumpster or create a contract. Pricing, container sizes, and delivery windows depend on your address, what you are disposing of, and what we have available that day. Your rental is only confirmed when we confirm the details with you directly.

Prices and information on the site

We work hard to keep our prices, size guides, and weight limits accurate, but they are general guides and can change. The price we quote you for your specific job is the one that counts. If the website and your quote ever disagree, the quote wins.

Where we deliver

We serve Owensboro and Daviess County, Kentucky, including nearby communities like Philpot, Whitesville, Sorgho, Utica, Masonville, Thruston, and Maceo. Some addresses may fall outside our regular delivery area or may need a different arrangement, and we will tell you up front.

Placement, permits, and what goes in the dumpster

You are responsible for making sure the container can be placed where you want it. That includes any permit, HOA approval, or property-owner permission your location requires. Please also follow the weight limits and the list of prohibited materials we give you. Overloaded containers, banned items, and extra days can add charges, and we will always explain these before you commit.

Getting in touch

If you call, text, or email us, you are agreeing that we can reach you back about your request. You can tell us to stop at any time.

Limits of our responsibility

We provide this website and its information as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site, from being unable to use it, or from errors in its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Kentucky law that cannot be waived.
