We are a local dumpster rental company, and we would rather keep this simple. This page explains what information we collect when you use owensborokydumpster.com or get in touch with us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. When we say “we” or “us,” we mean Owensboro Dumpster Pros.

What we collect

Most people reach us by phone, so we collect very little. Depending on how you use the site, that can include:

• What you tell us. Your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and details about your project (for example, the dumpster size, what you are throwing away, or when you need it) when you call, text, or email us.
• Basic visit data. Things your browser shares automatically, like your device type, browser, approximate location based on IP address, the pages you viewed, and how long you stayed.
• Call details. If you call us, your phone number and the time of the call may be logged by our phone system.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website, and you should never send full card numbers by email.

How we use it

• To answer your questions, give you a quote, and schedule delivery and pickup.
• To follow up about the request you made, including confirming times and addresses.
• To understand which pages are useful and which are not, so we can improve the site.
• To protect the site and our business from spam, fraud, and misuse.

Calls, texts, and emails

If you give us your phone number or email address, we will use it to respond to you and to coordinate your rental. We are not in the business of sending endless promotions. If you would like us to stop contacting you, just tell us (by reply, by phone, or by email) and we will stop.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it when it is needed to do the job or when we are required to:

• With the drivers and partners who deliver, place, and pick up your container, limited to what they need to get it done.
• With service providers that help us run the website and measure traffic, such as our hosting company and Google Analytics.
• When the law requires it, or when we need to protect our rights, our customers, or the public from fraud or abuse.

Cookies and analytics

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools. They help the site work properly and let us see, in aggregate, how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics through the Google Site Kit plugin for this. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still be usable. Google also offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Analytics.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable safeguards to keep your information safe, including a secure (HTTPS) connection on this site. That said, nothing on the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection.

How long we keep it

We keep project and contact details for as long as we need them to serve you, handle any questions or disputes afterward, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Send us a note using the details at the bottom of this page and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is meant for adults who rent dumpsters. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, let us know and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

Our pages occasionally link to other sites, such as social media profiles or local government pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for how they handle your information, so please read their policies too.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Using the site after an update means you are okay with the new version.
